My Work


My work with companies most often centers around issues of culture: how to create collaborative work environments; how to encourage creativity and innovation; how to build trust among teams; how to increase productivity; and how to introduce mindfulness practices, based on brain science, into the work place. 


As a personal development and leadership development coach, people come to me for many reasons, including a desire to increase their effectiveness through mindfulness practices; to improve their relationship with a key member of the organization or to work more productively with their team.  They may be contemplating a job change, looking to re-invent their career, wanting to create their own business, or perhaps simply wanting more joy and satisfaction in their work life.
